Team Automotive is co-owned and managed by Shane Copeland and Chad Kaemingk, 50/50 partners who complement each other perfectly in the world of auto repair. Shane began his journey by rebuilding a 1971 Chevy pickup with his dad as a kid, instilling a deep passion for understanding what makes cars tick. Chad, on the other hand, grew up in his dad's repair shop, earning his first $5 paychecks for sweeping floors, maintaining the shop, and making donut runs. Though he is skilled under the hood, with six years as a technician, Chad's real love is interacting with clients, building trust, and ensuring they return again and again.

Both Shane and Chad have experienced workplaces where employees weren't treated well and decided to create a better environment for themselves. Thus, Team Automotive was born, built on the principle that integrity is the most important quality a company can have.
